Secure Sale
2.1% inc VAT on successful sale
Includes a legally binding Reservation Agreement once an offer is accepted, designed to protect the transaction during the most vulnerable stage between agreement and exchange. Plus a £10,000 fall-through payout for added certainty.
A sale only exists once an offer has been agreed. If it fails, it fails between that point and exchange. Secure Sale is designed to protect you at that exact point, reducing the risk of fall-through, delay and renegotiation.
